Attorney Nicole Giometti-Black joined Welty Law Office in 2022. She works primarily in the areas of divorce and child advocacy. As a single mother of five children, Nicole understands on a personal level the importance of family and of protecting the rights and best interests of her clients and their children. She is equipped with the patience and determination necessary to successfully navigate the emotional and stressful complexities that often accompany family law cases.

Nicole approaches all of her cases with compassion and an open mind. She recognizes that every family law case is as unique as the individuals involved, so her intention is always to advise her clients on the distinct facts of their case and to identify strategies together, while keeping their individual goals and the well-being of children at the forefront.

Clients appreciate Nicole’s honest assessment of their cases and her ability to clearly explain legal concepts in an understandable way. She thrives at helping individuals navigate a system that can be complex and intimidating and takes pride in empowering them to feel confident about their future.

When not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her kids, hiking with Harley (the wonder dog), and going on outdoor adventures with friends.
